Why?...The term "hyperlocal" was coined by the journalism industry to refer to the news coverage of community-level events...treats local topics offering relevant information to the communities living in those locations. Nevertheless, the social web has not achieved that point yet...We need to develop web services related to local needs. There are already some start-ups leading this way...

On October 23, 2007 the European Commission enacted a bill to regulate and encourage legal immigration of skilled workers. It is called the "Blue Card" ... this initiative has found many obstacles to become a reality... this directive as a first step to start what we called here “The European Silicon Valley”, we are far from accomplishing that goal. Member states of the UE have 2 years to adopt this directive... we believe that measures like the Blue Card are in the right direction to active the EU industry but still , it’s important that every single member of the EU makes a fast use of this tool to rebuild a sinking economy.
